The Matchmaker
For the scenography of Thornton Wilder’s "The Matchmaker", as head set designer I developed the full visual concept for the production, designed the structure and layout of the set walls, worked alongside the team to build them, and hand-painted the decorative motifs that defined the mood of the stage. I also helped curate the props with care, selecting pieces that echoed the play’s period charm and enriched the storytelling with subtle, character-driven details. Additionally, I restored and reupholstered the worn blue chairs, giving them new life so they could seamlessly fit into the world of the play.
